German's Initiative

Gerry German, Chief Educational Officer for the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE) attempted to carry out an informal investigation when CRE Chairman, Sir Peter Newsam, assisted with the cover-up by refusing to approve a formal investigation under the Race Relations Act, effectively making the CRE a participant in the theft of my dissertation and the continuing practice of apartheid by the University of Aberdeen's School of Engineering.
